Meal Planning Program

Our Meal Planning Program is designed to set you up for success with all the tools you need to eat well and reach your goals. This program provides the option for a 7 day, 2 week or 4 week dietitian made meal plan, fully tailored to your unique needs and preferences. When you are part of this program, you will get:

  • Your fully customized meal plan(s) along with a grocery list and recipes in an easy to read, printable PDF format.

  • 1 x 75 minute Initial Nutrition Consultation with a registered dietitian where they will get to know you and your goals.

  • 1 x 45 minute follow up where we will dive into teaching you how to create your own dietitian approved meal plan to set you up for long term success.

    2 Insurance receipts after each session, which you can submit to your benefits provider  as applicable. Note we do direct bill to many major insurers, see details here. 

    Secure messaging with your dietitian to ask any questions that may arise during your time working together.

  • Access to in app food, exercise and wellness journals for tracking your progress.
