Are your services covered by OHIP?Registered dietitian services are not typically covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). With that said, private insurance plans or employee benefit packages may offer coverage for dietitian service.

Do I need a referral to see a dietitian?No! You do not need a referral to see a registered dietitian. You can schedule an appointment with us directly.

What is your cancellation policy?Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We understand that life can get hectic, but a late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the provider's day that could have been filled by another client. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients that provide less than 24 hours notice, will be charged a fee equivalent to half of their appointment fee. Clients that fail to show for their appointment will be charged the full appointment fee. **Cancelled and missed appointments cannot be charged to insurance and will be charged to the credit card on file.
