Private Initial Nutrition Assessment
75 minute comprehensive initial nutrition assessment where we will dive into your personal goals, nutrition habits and patterns, medical history, exercise routine, etc.

45 minute follow up to focus on achieving your goal, identify and break down any barriers or challenges, navigate the emotions, and provide tools to help you stay on track with your goals and habit changes.

This package is ideal for clients who are looking for long-term sustainable dietary changes and are ready to commit to transform their nutrition habits.

Insurance Coverage
Did you know many major insurance companies cover registered dietitian services?
After each appointment, you will receive a receipt that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement. If you're uncertain about your coverage, carefully review your plan details or contact your benefits manager for confirmation.

Alternatively, if your insurance does not cover the services of a Registered Dietitian, we recommend that you save your receipts! In Ontario, Registered Dietitians are categorized as Authorized Medical Practitioners, and out-of-pocket nutrition counselling contributes to your overall medical expenses. Depending on your income, you may be eligible for a non-refundable tax credit from the government when filing your taxes.
